At least that's what monks, yogis, and other mystics have always told us. I know when I practice (through either meditation, or hypnotic trance) being free of wants, that joy, calmness, peace, confidence and, yes, happiness seem to permeate my awareness.Angelo B., NYCnoreply@blogger.com
